Owned by Chef Jim Shirley and his partner Kelly Castille, The Meltdown serves the "best flip-flop cuisine on 30A." 3. 45 Central Wine & Sushi Bar

45 Central Wine & Sushi Bar is a sophisticated upscale restaurant in downtown Seaside. Also owned by Chef Jim Shirley, 45 Central has a unique selection of hard-to-find specialty wines and gourmet sushi. They offer lunch, dinner, and a limited late-night dinner menu where you'll find a selection of charcuterie, cheese plates, wines, salads, sushi, and more.
4. Barefoot BBQ

This airstream features a menu full of delicious Southern/Caribbean/Texas fusion BBQ and has been in business for the past ten years.
